Paralegal / Civil Litigation The candidate will manage responsibilities for the Civil Litigation Paralegal that include: litigation case management, propounding and responding to discovery, page line deposition summaries, trial preparation, and document review. Prior experience working with civil litigation (e.g. insurance defense, medical malpractice, products liability, etc.) in a small to mid-size law firm is preferred. Should have 5+ years of substantive civil litigation experience as a paralegal. Knowledge of all facets of trial; case management, doc review and trial experience. Must possess an ABA approved paralegal certificate. Should have experience propounding and responding to discovery. Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple priorities and have excellent oral and written communication skills. Litigation paralegal will exercise excellent judgment and decision making skills, strong organizational skills are needed.
