Legal Assistant The candidate will provide administrative assistance to Legal Operations group in a hybrid role that includes both records management services and administrative services. Will support Records Management Program, partnering with the program managers on records related projects, file retrieval and analysis (in paper and electronic format), and general records management in a legal setting. Maintenance of legal contracts and legal fax distribution queues, draft weekly status reports including monthly metrics, process incoming physical mail addressed to the Legal Department and General Counsel's office, and perform other administrative support including calendaring and filing for the Legal Operations team. Should have 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant. Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and SharePoint is essential. Strong written and oral communication skills are a must. BA/BS is a plus. Legal experience is a plus.
