ProfileContracts Administrator/Manager The candidate will collaborate closely with our Supply Chain buyers, engineers and cross-functional partners to ensure the implementation is executed accurately, efficiently and timely. Will support Legal and Supply Chain by gathering information about deals, providing procedural guidance, assisting with standard contract reviews and negotiations, and supporting the closing of deals. Implement digital signature process and procedures and manage contracts review and budget approval workflows. Organize legal review and internal approvals. Provide administrative support to Legal and Supply Chain teams and contribute to long-term plans for optimizing our contracting process. Monitor and report contract spending on a regular basis.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in contracts management working with standard agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, master service agreements and statements of work; 2+ years of experience in project management launching or managing a contracts management system. Experience creating and facilitating trainings across various teams and skill sets is essential. Must have strong administrative and organizational skills, self-starter and strong attention to detail and highly technical. Should have strong writing skills, including comfort with light contract drafting and writing legal letters. Should be proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with digital signature service and with cloud document storage is essential. Familiarity with automotive, aerospace, or technology industry is preferred. Experience with SAP, Ariba, Docusign and Box is desired. Experience with Google Drive (Docs, Sheets) is considered. Paralegal with experience drafting and negotiating contracts is preferred.
