Duties:

• Represent clients in intellectual property litigation matters, including patents, copyrights, and trademarks.
• Conduct legal research, prepare briefs, and draft pleadings and motions.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff on case strategies.
• Provide counsel to clients on intellectual property rights and related legal matters.
• Work with technical experts to develop case theories and evidence.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of intellectual property litigation experience.
• Strong academic record and exceptional legal writing and oral communication skills.
• Experience in a collaborative and client-focused legal environment.
• Proficiency in analyzing complex technical and legal issues.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar membership in good standing.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Indiana State Bar or eligibility for admission is required.

Skills:

• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Technical aptitude, particularly in understanding engineering or computer science concepts, is a plus.
• Organizational and time-management capabilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Location:
