Duties:

  • Handle complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling matters on behalf of policyholders.

  • Draft, review, and file various legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advice.

  • Stay updated on legal developments and industry trends affecting insurance recovery.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience with a focus on insurance coverage and recovery matters.
  • Preferred experience in handling complex insurance coverage litigation and counseling from the policyholder's side.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies and relevant legal issues.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
