Conflicts Analyst Duties: Performing database and Internet searches on client matter data to identify potential conflicts between current and pending clients. Will be constant communication with attorneys, secretaries, various Accounting department staff and New Business Intake staff regarding potential conflict issues. Will compile a synopsis for the Conflicts Resolution group to begin the clearing process, provide information to prepare waiver letters and perform screening procedures, as required, to clear potential conflicts.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: High School diploma. 2 yearsâ€™ experience as a paralegal or similar position within conflicts administration. Experience with MS Office products. Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills. Preferred: Bachelorâ€™s Degree. Experience with database search systems such as Elite, LegalKey, or similar application. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines. Strong customer focus and analytical skills.
