The candidate ‘must have 3 to 5 years of business litigation experience. Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are required. Law Review or Clerkship (Federal, state, or appellate) experience, and proficiency in Spanish are a plus. Should be admitted to practice in Florida. Would also have strong interpersonal and communication skills, court experience including handling hearings on own, some trial experience, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team, while being able to work individually, on client matters in an environment where drive and client service are top priorities.
