Boston office of our client seeks junior and mid-level fund formation associate attorney with 2-6 years of experience. The candidate will focus on growth equity and venture capital fund formation. Must have relevant experience in the corporate group, tax group, or investment management group of a top-tier law firm. Experience representing venture capital, growth equity or private equity firms in fund formations, as well as ongoing investment firm operations matters and compliance with the Investment Company Act, the Investment Advisers Act, the Securities Act and other regulatory requirements is preferred.
