Location:
Duties:
- Manage a caseload from inception through conclusion.
- Review, draft, and finalize motions and legal documents for court submission.
- Represent clients at settlement and mediation conferences, status conferences, and oral arguments.
- Draft motion papers and other documents for litigated matters.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements related to default mortgage litigation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in foreclosure, real estate law, or related fields.
- Proven experience in lender default services and complex litigation.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with accuracy and efficiency.
- Knowledge of New York Supreme Court procedures and processes.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Admission to the New York State Bar.
