Contracts Manager The candidate will be providing great customer service and wants to join a small but mighty in-house legal team. The primary responsibilities of the role include supporting the day to day operations of the team, owning and executing the contract management process, building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, handling negotiations when necessary and managing stock administration.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have 3+ years experience in contracts management or corporate legal role. Must have experience managing contract process from start to finish. Strong sense of accountability, integrity and taking ownership over projects and responsibilities and resolving issues proactively is required. Ability to work under tight deadlines and to manage multiple demands, priorities, and projects simultaneously Is required. Competency in MS Word and Excel is required. Must have College degree. Experience with Jira ticketing system is plus. Paralegal certificate is plus. Experience working in a start-up environment is plus.
