Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings and trials.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal briefs.
• Manage case files, including organizing evidence and client records.
• Provide support in negotiating settlements and mediations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and other team members.

Requirements:

• Admission to the New York State bar as of the start date of employment.
• Strong interest in a career in matrimonial and family law.

Education:
