The Position:
This position involves all aspects of personal injury litigation, including, but not limited to communication with counsel, clients, witnesses, medical providers and experts. Other duties include: medical records and subrogation liens, preparation of written discovery and pleadings, preparation for Arbitration, Mediation and Trial. Needles experience a plus.

The Candidate (You):

YOU MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS A LITIGATION PARALEGAL.

The Litigation Paralegal is an important role. You must be able to work well under pressure and have excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be able to engage in an authentic way when speaking to the clients. You need to be absolutely driven, have excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish and English), be able to listen and connect with the client and your team.
