Review and Creation of complex legal real estate documents; Including cell sites contracts for both master agreements and stand alone agreements; Researches background information related to real estate contracts, gathers records and files and puts information together; Drafts responses to these contracts or legal agreements; 
Basic paralegal duties supporting high level partners 

Must have 5+ years of related research experience regarding companies and individuals highly preferred 
Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook 
Experience managing and coordinating large document compilations and mail outs, 
Individual MUST have solid prior job tenure, possesses a high degree of self-directed initiative and individual judgment; and have exceptional communication and organizational skills 
Exceptional typing skills required (minimum 80+ wpm)
