Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for Assists in onboarding new vendors, including coordinating social compliance audits and collecting appropriate documents. Tracks audit findings and recommendations and performs necessary follow-up on past due items. Manage and oversee MyDyer's contact management system and serve as point person for new contracts. Ensure contract review, approval, execution and processing in accordance with legal and compliance policies, guidelines and regulations. Assists in the identification and assessment of compliance risks and directs compliance issues to appropriate channels for investigation and resolution. Review and evaluate effectiveness of corrective action plans. Provides administrative support by implementing systems, procedures, and policies; completing projects in support of compliance auditors and legal department. Assists others by answering questions and responding to requests. Enhances compliance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Maintain communications with General Counsel and Corporate Legal and Compliance Team regarding ongoing work. Assists Legal and Compliance Team in other tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have 4-year degree with 2+ years of paralegal or compliance experience. Should have attention to detail and strong organizational skills a must. Adheres to all Company policies and procedures with proficient in Word and Excel; PowerPoint a plus. Experience working within databases. Knowledge of administrative processes, such as record management systems and file organization and maintenance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to work independently, establishing work plans and accomplishing team goals without direct day-to-day oversight.
