Foster City office of our client seeks a mid-level family law associate attorney with 3 years of experience. The candidate will provide outstanding legal representation in high asset cases for all areas of family law. Will build a caseload with the founder and managing partner. Draft motions, pleadings, letters, MPAs, and other documents. Must have litigation skills, including court appearances, taking depositions, and trial experience. Should be proficient in California Family Code, California Rules of Court, and local rules. Knowledge of judicial procedures and rules of evidence is necessary.
