Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred. Prior experience as legal secretary and/or paralegal strongly preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to solve complex problems. Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel with good typing and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, keep track of deadlines, and promptly follow through on assignments. Ability to create, maintain and organize large set of on-site and off-site files of correspondence, contracts and similar items.
