Litigation Paralegal Candidate with Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required. Must have 5+ years substantive legal experience in general litigation. Must be knowledgeable of and have experience with the following: electronic discovery review and analysis, cite checking, identifying and categorizing documents for production, ability to secure and summarize medical records, assisting attorneys with trial preparations, compiling discovery answers and objections, identifying privileged documents, preparing privilege logs, and conducting online research with the ability to navigate on-line databases. Must have knowledge of State and Federal rules, experience ordering documents with authorization, depositions on written questions, subpoenas from employers, and governmental authorities. Proven ability to manage large-volume cases, work efficiently and work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment. Required technical knowledge includes being proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel, CaseMap, and TextMap, and experience with online hosted review platforms such as Viewpoint or Relativity.
