Real Estate Paralegal/ Office Manager/ Closing Coordinator The candidate should have some real estate experience who will serve as a operations coordinator and will help facilitate investor closings, marketing oriented tasks and serve a first point of contact with investors and various other groups. Aspects of the job will include executive assistant duties and responsibilities including coordinating travel, answering phones and general office management. Responsibilities will include: Working with underwriters and at times lawyers to coordinate investor closings as well as investment closings (commercial real estate). Maintain investor database and help facilitate reporting. Coordinate marketing events and logistics. Administrative tasks such as travel and other office oriented admin task. Respond to investor inquires and research solutions. 4-year degree preferred. Must have 5-10 years of work experience in a law office, loan closing or other business which requires significant coordination.
