The ideal candidate will have a strong background in wealth transfer strategies and estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. The role requires exceptional analytical and writing skills, a solid understanding of finance or accounting, and a keen interest in tax and estate planning.

Duties:

• Provide expert advice on wealth transfer strategies, including drafting wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
• Offer guidance on charitable organization matters and charitable planning.
• Handle trust and probate administration, as well as resolve controversies.
• Offer general business transaction advice as it relates to estate and tax planning.
• Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies for clients.
• Interface directly with attorneys and clients to provide legal counsel and support.
• Manage multiple projects effectively and independently.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school with an excellent academic record.
• Admission to the Missouri Bar.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in tax, trusts, and estate law.
• Strong background in finance or accounting.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing estate planning documents.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
• LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning is preferred.
• Admission to the Missouri Bar.
