Orange office of our client seeks associate attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience in matters involving the healthcare industry. The candidate will consistently engage in preparation of client-ready reports, formal and informal. Will independently manage a high-volume caseload. Regularly handle court appearances and depositions/trial preparation. Legal research, discovery, fact investigation, law and motion practice, interface with expert witnesses, social media investigations. Should be a current member of the California State Bar.
