Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Preparing and filing pleadings in federal and state court. Organizing exhibits, summarizing medical records and deposition transcripts in preparation for trial. Gathering and analyzing research data, such as statutes, decisions, and legal articles, codes, and documents. Researching and preparing non-party subpoenas.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Paralegal Certificate. Prefer 2+ years of litigation defense experience. Experienced paralegal needed to work in fast-paced workers’ compensation/FBL group. Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
