Legal Assistant The candidate will provide overall support to our Estate and Trust Administration and Probate Litigation Department. Preparation, scanning and filing of all Court related documents. Preparation of filing instructions for Petitions and Court forms. Schedule Court runners. Preparation of Annual Report of Guardian. Preparation of Annual Accounting. Docket management in conjunction with team members. Must have 3-5 years of Probate/Legal experience. Should have knowledge of the Probate process, including general Estate administration, Guardianship, Conservatorship, and real estate transfers. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
