Contract & Compliance Coordinator
Duties: Reporting to the Dean, manages all clinical compliance requirements and prepares affiliation agreements associated with clinical placement for the Associate Degree in Nursing and Associate Degree in Radiography programs. This position is responsible for contract development, administration, tracking, and communication of contract compliance. This position will manage the contract and compliance databases and all associated files. Duties include: Responsible for managing contract administrative functions including but not limited to: Initiation of new contracts, Managing the contract review, execution, and amendment processes, Preparing contract signatory forms for assigned agreements upon execution, Responding to faculty, clinical coordinator and student contractual questions. Using EStar load all existing contracts and implement contract database utility. Assure data integrity, contract statuses and track contract implementations. Communicate with clinical placement team regarding contract terms, conditions and requirements to ensure affiliation agreement compliance with affiliates. Seek advice from legal when appropriate and ensure that due diligence is practiced in complying with stated terms and conditions. Identify and provide support to resolve contractual issues. Prepare weekly status reports of contracts to Program Chairs and the Clinical Placement Coordinator. Use excellent customer service skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships and ongoing communication with affiliate partners. Respond to general inquiries regarding affiliation agreements. Responsible for managing database of clinical compliance for all students and faculty in clinical placements. Collaborates closely with the Chairs of Nursing and Radiography and the Clinical Coordinator to ensure students in clinical sites are up to date and in compliance with all site requirements and communicates this information in a timely manner. Works closely with contracted sites to ensure the college is requiring student and faculty clinical compliance requirements that are current and accurate. Communicates professionally via email, blackboard, and phone with clinical sites, Chairs, students, regarding issues related to compliance. Collaborates with the Clinical Coordinator to update and maintain Blackboard site for communications related to clinical compliance. Participates in meetings, projects and committee work as assigned.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, paralegal certification is required. 1 year experience with contract/paralegal experience. Knowledge of academic processes and documents. Exceptional oral and written communication skills including the ability to write and comprehend contract documentation. Experience with nursing or other health discipline education programs highly desirable. Ability to prioritize workload and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks, projects effectively. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
