The ideal candidate will be involved in litigation and advisory work in first- and third-party insurance coverage claims.

Duties

• Analyze and litigate first- and third-party coverage claims
• Draft coverage opinions, position statements, and legal documents
• Participate in taking depositions and attending court hearings
• Draft and argue motions in court
• Conduct thorough legal research on complex insurance issues
• Collaborate with a team of attorneys on high-stakes insurance matters

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of significant experience in insurance coverage
• Strong research and writing skills
• Texas Bar membership is mandatory
• Prior experience with depositions, drafting motions, and court proceedings

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Strong academic credentials preferred

Certifications

• Active Texas Bar license
