Subrogation Legal Assistant Duties: Handling subrogation lawsuits for one of the premier providers of homeowners’ insurance. Provide administrative support to lawyers and enhance office effectiveness. Prepare basic legal documents and correspondence. Handle communication with clients, witnesses, and experts. Answer and direct phone calls. Maintain attorney calendars. Monitor deadlines. Manage E-service email and direct documents to attorneys. Document review and organization. E-File, E-Serve, & E-Courtesy legal documents.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Proven working experience as legal assistant or legal secretary. Familiarity with the law, legal procedures and protocols and court system. Satisfactory knowledge of day-today operations of a legal office. Computer Literacy. Working knowledge of case management software. Must be flexible, able to multi-task, and work under pressure. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work as a team member and independently handle various tasks.
