Workers’ Compensation Legal Assistant/Paralegal Responsibilities: Administrative support for Attorneys and Customer Service to Clients. Monitor, oversee and manage Workers Compensation cases and files from Intake to Settlement. Maintain client files by continuously updating internal system and client communications throughout the day. Schedule Doctor appointments.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Must be Bilingual (English/Spanish). Must be Extremely Organized and Detail Oriented with the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must have excellent people/customer service skills to converse directly with Attorneys, Clerical Personnel, Doctor Offices, Insurance Adjusters and Clients. Must be able to multi-task and handle a heavy caseload of up to 250 files. Must have a working knowledge of EAMS, AME/PQME process. Must be able to handle heavy phones. Must be professional and work well in a team environment. Must be punctual and reliable. Be able to take both direction and work independently.
