Estate and Trust Paralegal The candidate will be assisting with drafting and finalizing personalized estate plans, assisting with the preparation of estate and trust administration paperwork, including court petitions, orders, deeds, and accounting, prepare corporate formation documents. Further duties include filing, scanning and maintenance of client files; client interaction, and calendaring. Should have paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or Bachelorâ€™s degree. Should have 5+ years of experience exclusively in Probate and/or Estate Planning. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, capable of managing multiple projects and self motivated.
