Review:

"A Focus on Family Law Firm "

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 18, 2017

The firm should continue to build on the family aspect of the firm. Management should be trained in leading effectively. Toxic staff should be retrained and offered classes on how to be more positive in the work environment.

Pros : The law firm primarily focuses on creating a unity amongst staff members. There is a strong presence of family here. Hours of work may vary and leave room for flexibility.
Cons : Sometimes the interaction amongst other staff members may not be positive. Management does not lead effectively. The poor leadership of management affects the environment of the firm.
