Tower Bridge International Group is seeking a full-time Mandarin Speaking Legal Assistant!

The Legal Assistant will support the CEO by performing legal, research, data entry, and document review.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide research and legal support to the CEO.

Draft, proofread, and revise correspondence and documents.

Prepares legal documents and notices.

Assists with processing contracts, manages versions and redline edits, and maintains records of agreements.

Organizes and tracks files for important transactions.

Communicates by phone and/or email with internal and external clients.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2 years of legal or paralegal experience.

Must be fluent in both Mandarin and English. 

Contract experience, mergers and acquisitions experience preferred.

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Self-starter mentality with a high level of focus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, and technology skills.

Strong computer skills including advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook.
