Santa Maria office of our client seeks trust and estate planning attorney with 1-5 years of experience in drafting complex estate planning documents. The candidate will handle a variety of legal matters in the areas of estates, trusts, and related business transactions. Will draft revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, family limited partnerships and LLCs, and other documents for estates within a wide range of net worth. Be responsible for administering probates and trust estates and be expected to prepare and review agreements, business filings and other documents related to the estates’ business matters. Be involved in handling sophisticated wealth transfer planning, trusts and estates, probates and closely held business matters and related transactions with heavy emphasis on the agricultural industry. Experience in estate and tax planning for individuals and their closely held businesses as well as experience with estate administration, business succession and tax issues are essential. Must be CA barred.
