Part-time Receptionist The candidate will greet clients and guests of the firm in a friendly and professional manner. Will maintain the professional presentation of the office. Will receive and send mail and couriers. Will handle maintenance calls, order office supplies, and troubleshoot photocopiers and printers. Will enter new clients in database and open client files, office filing, update File Indexes, enter time as requested.
Qualification and Experience The candidate must have minimum of 1 year experience in a professional office environment. Should have experience handling busy reception area. Should have basic to Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel. Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
