ProfileParalegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will join law firm representing the mortgage banking industry in the Mid-Atlantic region. A variety of task which include to: data-entry, research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and correspondence with our clients and the defendants. Consistent communication and provide updates to clients. Upkeep of all client systems, handle all technical difficulties, using good judgement when relying messages and tasks to the appropriate parties. Successfully performing client audits, including ability to accurately draw conclusions from the data retrieved. Updating all Team Leads of any progress or tasks that are completed. Processing of all close/hold/ procedures including inbound and outbound transfers. Following up on client executed documents and updating Time Matters throughout the process. Drafting letters, affidavits, and motions; Communication with Court Personnel, clients, vendors and staff; and Other duties as assigned.
