Seeking Junior IP Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of IP Litigation experience to join its pre-eminent, national IP Litigation Practice Group in San Diego. Candidate must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science and will possess significant experience through all phases of patent litigation, specifically involving software, medical devices, and/or computer hardware. Must hold a JD from a top-tier, ABA-approved law school and be in good standing and an active member of the California Bar. Excellent academic credentials, research, writing, and communication skills are required. Clerkship experience preferred.

There is a need for training of management staff to be more organized with the work and implement a much more organized working structure. More employees should be hired so that some of the staff does not have to stay in later to work.

Pros : The law firm offers a shuttle service. The environment of the law firm is composed of considerate and employees who do well at the work they perform.
Cons : The law firm really needs to consider hiring more employees for the office. Some of the staff is sometimes asked to work until the later hours. Management lacks in being organized with work.
