Products Liability & Toxic Tort - Associate The candidate must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm experience, and superb writing and communication skills. Should have 2+ years of experience in complex litigation, with a preference for asbestos, toxic tort, insurance defense and/or environmental related litigation. Requisite experience: All elements of case work-up and trial preparation including drafting and reviewing discovery and motions and experience taking plaintiff depositions. Experience taking and defending expert depositions and trial-related experience a plus. Must be licensed in California.
