Deal with submissions and legal hearings. Undertake legal, technical and economic research. Handle copy-editing and review of citations and sources. Extensive overtime required. Bachelor's degree is required. Excellent communication skills are essential, outstanding organizational and project management skills, including strong attention to detail and ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously. Research experience, including familiarity with electronic databases and knowledge of online search engines, required. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat is needed.

The firm needs to find a balance between work and away time. Start by offering more flexible hours for employees so that burnout is lessened.Pros : This is a fantastic firm to work with. Employees here are treated as an extended family which is very welcoming. We were challenged and rewarded each step of the way. The firm was well equipped with large office spaces, a great staff, and flexible vacation hours for employees.
