International Tax Quantitative Solutions Technology Manager The candidate will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Will proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above. Be involved in the financial management of clients. Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients. Contribute to the development of own and team’s technical acumen. Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges. Assist in the management and delivering of large projects. Train, coach, and supervise staff. Keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor Degree. Must have Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Computer and Information Science, Industrial Engineering. Must have Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study will be considered in lieu of a Bachelor Degree in Accounting. Must have 5 years of experience. Must have CPA, Enrolled Agent or Active Member of the Bar. Should preferably have PhD degree in Computer/Information Science or STEM equivalent, MCSE, MCSD, CSQA, CSTE, CAP, CSSLP, CISSP. Should preferably have demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas: In-depth quantitative analyses including earning and profit studies, subpart F and foreign tax credit computations; Foreign tax reporting and international taxation compliance regulations; and The practices of public accounting firms, law firms or multinational company corporate tax departments.
