Commercial Counsel – Platform and Digital Media
The candidate will draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements including: entertainment and gaming content licensing, platform integrations, software licenses, and beta testing agreements. Will provide strategic business and legal advice to deal leads, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to define business objectives and structure agreements for efficient deal closure. Should have JD degree and membership in at least one state Bar. 3+ years of legal experience focused on transactional deal work. Experience drafting and negotiating technology and digital media licensing agreements is essential. Experience managing projects simultaneously under deadline pressure is essential. Analytical, communication, and technical drafting experience is essential. Experience working in a top national or international law firm is preferred. In-house experience at a technology, internet, or digital media company is preferred.
