Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, JD Degree preferred. Admitted to the Bar (or has paralegal certification). 2+ years of business contracts administration or equivalent experience. Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. Excellent oral and written communication skills indicative of a superior ability to interface effectively with attorneys, executives, and other internal and external stakeholders. Positive attitude and proven work ethic. Able to work independently with minimal direction. Able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience working within a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system a plus. Proficient with online meeting and web conferencing tools like GoToMeeting. Proficient with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
