Profile

Business Immigration Paralegal Duties: Prepare a wide variety of business-based non-immigrant petitions (H-1B, TN, E-2, L-1 and O-1) and immigrant petitions (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 etc.). Work on the PERM application process with corporate clients. Work closely with attorneys to provide comprehensive immigration services to clients, their employees and families, including: preparing applications, responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs), and ensuring compliance with applicable laws. Compile and maintain records of immigration forms, documentation, and case records on behalf of corporate clients’ employees. Review immigration regulations and apply them to various case scenarios. Perform independent and reliable research for attorneys using all available immigration research tools.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: 3 years’ experience as a business immigration paralegal. Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills. Working knowledge of personal computer and high level of proficiency in all MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
