Client Agreements Coordinator The candidate will be responsible for managing outside counsel guidelines and client agreements/terms. Duties: Candidate will facilitate development of approaches and responses to outside counsel guidelines based on policies, client relationships, and specific terms; coordinate discussions between key stakeholders and follow-through on outstanding issues; ensure implementation of agreements by gathering, maintaining and reporting complete and accurate information. Bachelorâ€™s degree, 2+ yearsâ€™ experience in a legal support requiring critical analysis of information and concepts, and business writing and communication skills. Should preferably have experience as a conflicts researcher/analyst, paralegal or research librarian. Strong critical thinking skills are a must. Must have strong business communication skills and proven ability to present information clearly and accurately to management and staff of all levels, both verbally and in writing.
