Paralegal â€“ Elder Law, Probate, and Guardianship The candidate will medicaid planning and implementing Medicaid qualification strategies; working closely with clients to obtain information necessary for application and audit compliance; assisting with audits and denials of government benefits; annual accountings and Medicaid renewals. Preparation of probate documents, with a focus on assisting in establishing and administering guardianships and conservatorships. Preparation of estate planning documents ancillary to applications for government benefits. Must have Bachelorâ€™s degree in a related legal field or paralegal certificate. Should have advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Elder law and Medicaid planning experience is preferred. Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping principles is desired.
