The candidate will file legal documents in the appropriate folders. File Redweld folders in the file room. Provide backup coverage to the front reception desk. Operate multi-line telephone system to answer all incoming calls and route callers to the appropriate personnel. Escalate urgent telephone calls when necessary; greet office visitors and respond to their needs. Set up / break down lunch. Assist with office housekeeping items – stock up kitchen area, fill copiers with paper, shredding etc. Stamp mail and ensure it is sent to the mailing department. Pick up lunch as requested. Pick up offices supplies and/or run errands. Distribute mail once it has been sorted/reviewed by the Receptionist. Prepare any closed cases for shipment to storage. Must be an optimistic individual. Must have good attention to detail and proficiency with alphabetizing.
