Of Counsel The candidate will assume a major role in traditional labor matters with extensive contact with clients. Will actively assist shareholders in all aspects of labor relations, including: representation campaigns, collective bargaining, representation cases and ULP charges, arbitrations, strike management, injunctions and litigation. Should have a J.D. degree and be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 8+ years of experience in a labor law practice. Should have a passion for traditional labor law with strong analytical and writing skills. Excellent analytical, writing and communication skills are required.
