Duties:

• Provide legal representation for clients in criminal defense matters
• Handle criminal cases from intake through trial and appeal
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Advise clients on legal rights and options
• Negotiate settlements and plea deals where appropriate

Requirements:

• Proven experience in criminal law or criminal defense

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
