Duties

  • Manage and litigate general commercial cases, including business and contract disputes.
  • Handle a variety of legal matters related to white-collar defense.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft compelling legal documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings.
  • Represent clients in court and assist with trial preparation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and colleagues to provide strategic legal guidance.
  • Assist with case management, including timelines, discovery, and case strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and legal records.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active and valid license to practice law in Pennsylvania.
  • 3-6 years of experience in general commercial litigation.
  • Experience with business disputes, contract law, and white-collar defense preferred.
  • Clerkship or trial experience is strongly preferred.
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills with a demonstrated academic record.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of cases and meet deadlines.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) required from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
