Belmont office of our client seeks senior trusts and estates associate attorney with 5‐10 years of trusts and estates experience. The candidate will be working with $5‐$15M+ estate planning clients through the planning process, supported by the firm?s intake coordinator and drafting paralegals. Will be serving on the firm?s estate planning drafting committee. Working closely with the firm?s estate administration and probate paralegals, including involvement in the firm?s more complex estate and trust administration client files. Contributing to the firm?s weekly staff and leadership team meetings to accomplish the firm?s quarterly goals. Should be skilled in areas of tax, asset protection, and estate administration. Experience in (or a desire to learn about) ?purposeful planning?. Trustee experience (or advising) desired.
