Paralegal The candidate will maintain hard copy and electronic/cloud databse of contracts including management of admendments and changes. Will generate correspondence documentation as necessary. Manage delivery and execution of form template contracts to subcontractors and others. Perform initial review of standard contracts and some non-standard contracts under the direction of the Director Contracts Management as necessary. Some level of negotiation may be required. Track contract status and issues routine reports. Initiate surety bonds relevant to contract process. High school diploma required. Associates or Bachelors degree is preferred. Paralegal Certification is required. Must have understanding of basic contracting principles. Excellent PC skills with a strong understanding of Windows, Microsoft and Adobe-based software applications is critical to this position, including the effective use of the Internet is needed. Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills are imperative is needed. Requires ability to maintain and exercise discretion with confidential information is needed.
