ProfileSummer 2018 Internship The intern will work alongside Enforcement Unit staff, conducting investigations for complaints of discrimination in employment and public accommodations. Responsibilities include drafting complaints, marshalling and analyzing evidence, preparing interrogatories and interviewing parties and/or witnesses, managing cases, educating the public on MCAD jurisdiction and procedure, and drafting memoranda of findings pursuant to the MCAD’s empowering statute (G.L. 151B) and relevant precedent. Start dates are generally the second week of June. Note : All internships are minimum of 15 hours per week.
