Job Overview:
A dynamic law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury claims from inception to settlement. This role requires collaboration with other attorneys, effective case strategy development, and a commitment to exceptional client service.

Location:
Irvine, California

Duties:

• Manage a heavy caseload of personal injury cases.
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine liability and damages.
• Draft and file necessary legal documents for litigation.
• Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
• Provide outstanding client service and keep clients informed.
• Serve as First Chair in Civil Jury Trials.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state with good standing.
• 7+ years of personal injury experience, focusing on trial work.
• Minimum of 10 Civil Jury Trials to verdict.
• Strong knowledge of state laws and legal procedures related to personal injury.
• Proven case management and client representation skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Valid State Bar certification.

Skills:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
