COURT REPORTING MANAGER · Support a fast-paced, deadline driven, court reporting agency with its daily operations. · Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to clients and subcontractors via telephone and e-mail. · Report to multiple supervisors, must be a team player. · Schedule and track all aspects of each job, start to finish, using court reporting software. · Use Google calendar as backup calendar and Google drive for storage of some files. · Schedule Zoom jobs as needed using multiple zoom accounts and electronically store recordings after jobs. · Locate out-of-state notaries for virtual depositions taking place outside of North Carolina. · Confirm jobs daily for following day’s schedule. · Create digital-signed PDF transcripts using software and deliver to clients on rotating schedule. · Communicate effectively with partners, subcontractors, and production assistant to complete weekly tasks. · Support clients with special requests (whether due to social distancing or expedited delivery deadlines) · Support court reporters with client-driven special requests or issues that arise during jobs. · Attend weekly conference calls and report on status of upcoming job overflow, production, clients, subcontractors, or any company issues. · Receive payments, process in accounting software, and send receipts for payments made on invoices. · Manage production deadlines per job and manage/supervise production assistant’s weekly duties as required by deadlines. · Order office supplies as needed. Required skills: Strong attention to detail. Ability to handle heavy computer work. Ability to work without supervision. Independent thinker a must. Excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask or deal with interruptions is essential. Exceptional communication and customer service skills. Ability to take direction, follow procedures, and ask appropriate questions. Strong prioritization and organization skills. Ability to handle confidential information. United States work authorization. Knowledge of Google mail & share drive a plus. Knowledge of Zoom scheduling a plus. Knowledge of RepAgency Works (RAW) Software a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00/hour Bonus/Commission opportunities available. Healthcare benefits.
